Tamper-Proof Erasure Proof
Track serialization, sanitization methods, and final overwrite verification with immutable evidence structures.
Wipora Erase helps organizations reduce data security risks and support compliance with leading data protection laws, regulations, and industry standards, including CPRA, EU-GDPR, SOX, GLBA, HIPAA, CMMC 2.0, NIST R2, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
Transform raw sanitization and diagnostics logs into downloadable, audit-ready compliance certificates. Maintain centralized chain-of-custody clarity and visibility across all distributed processing environments.

Track serialization, sanitization methods, and final overwrite verification with immutable evidence structures.
Capture SMART data, sector analysis, and component diagnostics to support downstream resale and compliance checks.
Generate cryptographically signed evidence certificates for auditors, enterprise security teams, and customer handover.
Centralized compliance surfaces maintain chain-of-custody clarity across distributed processing environments.

NIST SP 800-88r2 (Clear & Purge)
NIST Special Publication (SP) 800-88 Revision 2, Guidelines for Media Sanitization, provides guidance for securely removing data from information storage media so that the information cannot be accessed or recovered by unauthorized individuals.
DoD with 3 and 7 passes
3 Passes: The work is reviewed and validated through three quality checks to ensure basic correctness, completeness, and functionality. 7 Passes: The work undergoes seven detailed validation checks, covering functionality, quality, edge cases, performance, and overall readiness before completion.
IEEE 2883-2022 Sanitization Standard
IEEE 2883-2022, Standard for Sanitizing Storage, provides a framework and technical guidance for securely sanitizing data stored on information storage devices. The standard defines approaches for making stored data inaccessible or infeasible to recover when storage media is being reused, transferred, repurposed, or disposed of.
Zero-Pass Wiping
Zero-pass wiping refers to a data sanitization process in which a storage device is overwritten with a specified pattern, commonly binary zeros (0x00), in a single complete pass across the addressable storage area. The objective is to replace previously stored user data with non-sensitive data so that the original information is no longer accessible through normal read operations.

Every erasure operation generates a time-stamped, cryptographically locked evidence record.

SMART diagnostics and sector-level scans produce structured health intelligence for every processed drive.

Component-level profiling creates traceable hardware records that support resale grading and audit workflows.
